Locate the hub of the upper sheave

Visually inspect the sprag clutch that is built into the hub, checking for red fluid leaks

Test the sprag clutch by grabbing the top of upper sheave and V-belts firmly with both hands and rotating it towards you

• Upper sheave and V-belts should freely rotate while the main rotor remains stationary
